It provides public service on Portugal mainland, organising the first sale of fish and supporting the fishing and fishing ports sector. Docapesca operates in several locations on Portugal mainland, but its headquarters are in Lisbon. BSD Consulting supported Docapesca in developing its 2013-14 Sustainability Report, applying GRI G3.1 Guidelines. BSD's support for Docapesca included all phases of the reporting process including the development of the report's structure and its writing.

GLOBALG.A.P. is the world's leading farm assurance program, translating consumer requirements into Good Agricultural Practice. EurepGAP is a common standard for farm management practice created in the late 1990s by several European supermarket chains and their major suppliers. GAP is an acronym for Good Agricultural Practices. The aim was to bring conformity to different retailers' supplier standards, which had been creating problems for farmers. It is now the world's most widely implemented farm certification scheme. BSD: Develop training material and conduct trainings for supplier representatives (cooperatives) regarding the implementation of GRASP-criteria among their procedures.

GR Chía [Colombia]

BSD Consulting supported the Colombian flower producing and exporting company GR Chía in developing its sustainability strategy and a sustainability management tool. BSD Consulting assisted GR Chía in developing its sustainability strategy. The project included Antenna, diagnosis, stakeholder engagement, Dialoga GRI G3 tool, and the design of a sustainability management tool. The objective in designing this tool was to align GR Chía’s practises with internationally renowned sustainable standards in the flower industry.

BSD Consulting supported refineries Incauca S.A. and Providencia S.A. in the development of their sustainability model and the elaboration of their first sustainability report 2010, both aligned with international frameworks for the agricultural sector. BSD also developed an Antenna to identify material issues, best practices, and trends, and implemented engagement dialogues with key stakeholders.
