Training Objectives

Identify the value chain
Identify risks in the supply chain, in particular those related to environmental and social aspects
Identify how to manage risks through tools that allow the assessment of suppliers and their management of the most relevant aspects. EiQ - a tool developed by Elevate, allows to evaluate risks in new supply geographies or to monitor existing ones, having a robust database, with information from suppliers in all geographies.
To know the main normative references and commitments in the sustainable management of the supply chain such as the UN Global Compact, SA8000, the BCSD Charter of Principles, ISO 20400, among others
