Im Februar 2017 hat der Bundesrat die Botschaft zur Totalrevision des Bundesgesetzes über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (BöB) verabschiedet. Der neue Gesetzesentwurf kann aus Sicht der nachhaltigen Beschaffung in der Schweiz durchaus als Zeichen einer Trendwende verstanden werden. Wird er so vom Parlament verabschiedet, werden Beschaffungsorganisationen in Zukunft wesentlich mehr Möglichkeiten haben, Sozial- und Umweltkriterien in ihren Ausschreibungen zu berücksichtigen als bisher.

DJSI Industry Group Leaders: Key Material Topics 2016

How leading sustainability corporations manage their people, energy and climate were the top material issues of 2016. This was accompanied by high prioritization of human rights (diversity and inclusion), ethics and corruption, the health and safety of employees, and related standards in supply chains. This appeared from latest research by BSD and its international partners on reporting by the Industry Group Leaders of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI).
