GRI Sustainability Report 2014-2016

menuandmore, a multiply certified specialist for school and daycare catering, published its third sustainability report. This report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI-G4 guidelines core option and covers the reporting period of 2014-2016. With the overarching theme "the balancing act of child care catering", menuandmore comprehensively reports the results of its long-term sustainability efforts and shows the challenges and solutions of healthy and sustainable child care catering. BSD Consulting has accompanied menuandmore in the preparation of the report. In close coordination with menuandmore, the report-concept with its overall theme and main content elements has been de-fined. During the implementation of the concept, BSD supported the client‘s data collection and text writing processes in accordance with the GRI-G4 guidelines. With this sustainability report, menuandmore demonstrates how an advanced SME can systematically implement sustainability and supposedly conflicting targets can be resolved with a balanced approach.
