Fundación Grupo Energía de Bogotá is a foundation that manages projects for communities that are located within the EEB Group Organization’s zones. BSD’s objective was to develop an optimal operating model for the Foundation's projects: - Establish criteria for project zoning; - Establish criteria for project selection and for the development of a project bank; - Define a project evaluation and monitoring system; - Develop and structure a project information management system; - Define an alliance management model; - Develop communication and accountability strategies for the Foundation.
