Research Study on creating and measuring Shared Value for GIZ

Research Study on creating and measuring Shared Value for GIZ

January 2015 - May 2015
Description

GIZ mandated BSD Consulting to write a scoping study on ‘Creating Shared Value’, a sustainable business model approach put forth by the Harvard Business School Professors Michel Porter and Mark Kramer. BSD Consulting highlighted strengths and weaknesses of the approach and consolidated the methods for defining shared value projects and for measuring the financial as well as the social outcomes. The analysis assists GIZ in its effort to determine and further understand sustainable business models.
